DieselECMs warrants to the original invoiced customer that its repaired products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, DieselECMs will, at its option, either repair or replace an ECM that proves to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. If DieselECMs is unable to repair or replace the product, a prorated refund will be issued based upon length of time in service from the initial invoice date of the ECM.

Our limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any ECM on which the original identification information has been altered or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly or has been resold.

DieselECMs reserves the right to charge a checkup fee plus shipping and handling for any ECM that is returned for warranty repair, but is not covered because of the reasons above, or is found to be in good working order.

Our limited warranty covers repair only for a defective ECM, as provided above. DieselECMs is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of use, labor charges, or any costs other than the cost for DieselECMs to repair the unit.

This limited warranty applies only to the original invoiced DieselECMs customer of the product for as long as 1 year for CELECT PLUS and DDECIII/IV ECMs or 6 months for CELECT ECMs. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
